The Course (Three-Days):
The EQ-i2.0 Certification Workshop will prepare you to administer, interpret and provide feedback on both the EQ-i2.0 self-assessments and EQ 360 results. This three-day course has a pace that is quick, interactive, includes videos and is loaded with hands-on activities. At the end of the certification program you will be able to:
- Define Emotional Intelligence and understand its importance
- Describe the components of the EQ-i2.0 and the EQ 360, including Composite Scales and Subscales
- Understand the science behind the EQ-i2.0 and EQ 360
- Describe best practices around administering and providing feedback on the EQ-i2.0 and EQ 360
- Administer the EQ-i2.0 and EQ 360
- Interpret EQ-i2.0 and EQ 360 and Group Report assessment results
- Follow a structured approach to prepare for a feedback session
- Demonstrate the ability to conduct an effective assessment debrief session
- Explain the benefits of EI to client groups
- Describe how EI applies to different disciplines
- Identify the ethics pertaining to the use of the EQ-i2.0 and EQ 360
- Assess which of 4 reports is appropriate for the client: EQ-i2.0, EQ-i2.0 Leadership Report, EQi 360 feedback and Group Report
- This class qualifies for 14 CCE units from ICF
EQ-i2.0 and the EQ 360 are the exciting updated assessments released by Multi-Health Systems (MHS) based on the pioneering BarOn EQ-i and used worldwide for nearly twenty years. The EQi was created by Dr. Rueven Bar-On who coined the term EQ or Emotional Quotient. MHS extensively researched and revised the assessment to make it the premier tool for exploring emotional and social intelligence (ESI). We will provide you with thorough exposure to working with the EQ-i2.0 and 360 supported by many case examples, videos and tools and materials for you to lead Emotional Intelligence (EI) trainings.

Introduction to the EQi 2.0
We have been using the EQi and training on how to raise Emotional Intelligence with cutting edge hands-on tools since 2001 and want to pass on some of this knowledge to you. Included here are the benefits and process of being certified in the EQ-i2.0 suite of assessments, including the EQi, 360. We are glad to bring this to you virtually with video and screen shares and the same curriculum and resources as an in-person class. Also, 14 CCE units are available from ICF for this training.
